DeLayna Beck is FAIR’s Operations Manager, supporting the organization’s day-to-day work while helping make FAIR’s scholarship, conference presentations, and apologetic resources more accessible to people seeking faithful answers to questions about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

DeLayna joined FAIR’s staff in 2017 and has served in a wide range of roles across the organization. Her work has included FAIR’s bookstore, annual conference, newsletters, website development, publishing, and organizational operations. Over the years, she has helped coordinate many of the behind-the-scenes efforts that support FAIR’s staff, volunteers, scholars, and educational resources.

A significant part of DeLayna’s current work focuses on FAIR’s website and digital content, including transcript production, content organization, search optimization, and resource development. She is particularly interested in making FAIR’s extensive archive of scholarship easier to discover and understand while preserving the voices and work of the scholars who created it.

DeLayna earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in theater and English secondary education. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Norway and speaks Norwegian. Outside of FAIR, DeLayna enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and children.
