Devon Bollin
Philosophy & History Student • Christian Theology • FAIR Conference Speaker
Devon Bollin is a student at Brigham Young University pursuing a double major in philosophy and history, with a strong emphasis in Christian theology. His research interests include the Book of Mormon, atonement, temple theology, sacramentology, and discipleship formation.
His work with Terryl Givens and others at the Maxwell Institute has encouraged him to draw on both philosophy and history as he engages challenging questions with intellectual and spiritual rigor. He describes that process as sometimes uncomfortable, but ultimately deeply satisfying and faith-affirming.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Bollin enjoys reading, watching films, writing and playing music, and—according to his bio—winning (not merely playing) board games.
