Scott Gordon has served as president of FAIR since 2001. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Brigham Young University.

Professionally, Scott teaches business at Shasta College in Redding, California, and has taught online business courses through BYU–Idaho and BYU–Pathway Worldwide.

He has served in numerous callings in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including bishop, ward mission leader, seminary teacher, member of an elders quorum presidency, and ward temple and family history leader.

Scott and his wife have five children and 15 grandchildren.
