2008 FAIR Conference Overview

The Foundation for Apologetic Information & Research (FAIR)
is pleased to announce the
Tenth Annual Mormon Apologetics Conference
August 7–8, 2008
South Towne Exposition Center
Sandy, Utah

Description

This year marks a full decade of FAIR Conferences. During that time FAIR has grown and the work that needs to be done has continued to grow, as well. Reaction to “Mormonism” in the light of the recent presidential bid of Mitt Romney has surprised some people, but apologists know that anti-Mormon sentiment is alive and well.

The FAIR Conference is a great way to get informed. This year’s conference is geared toward providing the information and answers you need to deal with the new topics that are being discussed. Don’t miss this conference!

This year’s speakers will address wide-ranging topics sure to please every interest. We invite you to join us for a frank, thought-provoking, faith-building, and enjoyable experience. Come see what the excitement is all about!

— Scott Gordon
President of FAIR

Publicity

FAIR is a grass-roots organization, and we need your help to spread the word about our conference. Tell your friends and neighbors to visit our Web site and learn about the conference. If you’d like, you can download and print this poster about the conference. (It will work best if you print it on a glossy paper.) You could then give it to friends or, with permission, post it on your ward bulletin board or have it distributed with your ward newsletter.

Hotel

The official hotel for the FAIR Conference is the Best Western Cottontree, just minutes away from the South Towne Exposition Center. Rooms are available for only $84 per night, which includes high-speed wireless Internet access;
