About FAIR

New to FAIR? Learn more about our mission, the welcoming community you'll meet at the conference, and ways to stay connected throughout the year.

What is FAIR?

FAIR (Faithful Answers, Informed Response) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing well-researched, faithful answers to questions about the doctrine, history, and practices of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Since 1997, FAIR has helped individuals strengthen their faith through scholarship, education, and thoughtful dialogue.

Is this conference only for scholars?

Not at all! The FAIR Conference is designed for everyone—from lifelong students of Church history to those encountering difficult questions for the first time. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, missionary, student, Church leader, or simply someone who wants to better understand the restored gospel, you’ll find presentations that are thoughtful, accessible, and faith affirming.

I'm new to FAIR. Will I fit in?

Absolutely! Every year we welcome many first-time attendees. You’ll find a friendly community of people who love learning about the restored gospel and supporting one another in faith. Whether you come alone or with family and friends, we hope you’ll feel right at home.

Do I have to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to attend?

No. Everyone is welcome to attend the FAIR Conference. We invite anyone with a sincere interest in learning more about the restored gospel, Church history, or faithful scholarship to join us.

What makes the FAIR Conference different?

The FAIR Conference brings together faithful scholars, historians, educators, and experienced teachers to thoughtfully address questions about the restored gospel. While you’ll hear excellent presentations from the stage, many attendees say that some of the most meaningful experiences come through conversations during meals, between sessions, and while visiting with speakers and fellow attendees.

How can I stay connected with FAIR after the conference?

FAIR provides resources throughout the year, including articles, podcasts, videos, conference presentations, and answers to frequently asked questions. We invite you to visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, and explore our growing library of faith-building resources.

How can I support FAIR's mission?

One of the best ways to support FAIR is by sharing our resources with others who may have sincere questions about the restored gospel. You can also become a sustaining member, make a tax-deductible donation, volunteer your talents, or simply tell others about the work FAIR is doing.

How can I contact FAIR?

If you have questions before, during, or after the conference, we’d love to hear from you. Visit our Contact Us page, email us at [email protected] , or speak with one of our volunteers during the conference.

We’re always happy to help.

🌟 We Can’t Wait to Welcome You
