One evidence of the ancient origins of the Book of Abrahahm is the word “Shinehah”. In Abraham 3:13, the word "Shinehah" means “the sun”. The common Egyptian word for the sun is “ra”, but an ancient word from the Egyptian Coffin Texts “S-n-xA”, meant “the sun’s path from east to west”, and probably sounded like “Shinehah” when spoken.

The Coffin Texts were used about 2040–1782 B.C., when biblical scholars believe Abraham lived, and described the journey of the dead in the afterlife, alongside the sun.

Also note that the context of Abraham chapter 3 is about astronomy and eternity concepts. The sun, moon and stars used in Abraham 3:13 are like the afterlife concepts of the telestial, terrestrial & celestial kingdoms.
