Lindsey Ringhand is a communications and innovation leader who serves on FAIR’s Advisory Board. She has nearly 18 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, with a professional background spanning product supply, brand management, and research and development.

Lindsey currently serves as a Transformative Innovation Leader, where she leads cross-functional efforts to drive innovation and bring new ideas to life. Her work centers on communicating complex ideas in clear and meaningful ways—a strength she also values in supporting thoughtful, faith-centered conversations.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Business Administration, combining a foundation in creative thinking with experience in business strategy and leadership.

Lindsey also serves as Communications Director for the Cincinnati East congregations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She and her husband, Lance, live on a farm in New Richmond, Ohio, and are the parents of three children. Their family enjoys hiking, camping, and visiting national parks.
