Criticism

Critics charges that Latter-day Saints are required to accept a strictly literal interpretation of Biblical events such as:

• The creation of the earth in seven days
• The account of the creation of Adam and Eve
• The story of the Tower of Babel
• The Flood of Noah being global in nature
